Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

The good health boutique offers a loyalty card scheme in store (the “Loyalty Card”). For every £10 spent on full price supplements and body care products, you will be entitled to one stamp on your Loyalty Card. Once 10 stamps have been collected, you are entitled to £10 off your purchase of full price supplements and/or body care products.

For example, a £39 transaction of full price supplements or body care products will entitle you to 3 stamps. A £72 transaction of full price supplements or body care products will entitle you to 7 stamps.

By using the Loyalty Card, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1.    The scheme only applies to purchases made in our store on 73 Carolgate, Retford, DN22 6EB. It cannot be used for purchases made through our website www.goodhealthboutique.co.uk

2.    The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Discounted and sale items are excluded from the Loyalty Card scheme

3.    We reserve the right to exclude certain product lines from the Loyalty Card scheme

4.    The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase

5.    We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty Card and/or scheme without any notification

6.    Loyalty Card stamps cannot be exchanged for cash

7.    Once the Loyalty Card has been filled, the £10 credit must be used in one transaction. It can only be used towards full price supplements or body care

8.    The Loyalty Card remains the property of the good health boutique.
