We use Woocomerce an ecommerce platform for our online store. When you place an order with us we ask you for your name, address and telephone number so that we can delivery your order and contact you, in relation to your order, if the need arises (i.e. fulfil our contract with you).
We pass your name, postal and email addresses to SagePay who handle payment on our behalf. We do not receive or store any card details. The legal basis for this transfer of data is in order to fulfil our contract with you. SagePay may need to transfer some information outside the EU for credit card validation and authentication.
We will only send you marketing material if you have given your consent for us to do so. We use a 3rd party service, Mailchimp, to manage our email newsletter subscription.

MORE ABOUT COOKIES
We use "cookies" as part of a normal business procedure. Cookies are small text files that are created by a web server and stored on your computer when you visit a website. The website that created the cookie can read the contents when you are at their website.
To authenticate users and facilitate use of the website e.g. store the content of a visitors shopping basket.
To record analytics data and usage statistics for the website/service.
Here are details of the individual cookies used by our website.
To keep track of cart data, WooCommerce makes use of 3 cookies:
The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our website.
All the major browsers allow you to block cookies and delete those that have already been created on your computer, usually within the 'Tools' section of the browser. These tools allow you to specify which cookies you will accept by type and often by specific websites using an exception list e.g. you can block all cookies and then list the website from which you will accept cookies.
