How to use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Take before meals to stimulate the digestive juices. It can also be taken in between meals to reduce bloating or digestive discomfort.
Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
Your Flora Sensitive can be combined with other Living Nutrition products.
