Though MooGoo Pink Eczema Cream may look unusual due to its bright pink colour, it will not stain the skin. The colour comes from Vitamin B12, an ingredient commonly used in products designed for dry skin prone to irritation.
Rather than a simple Vitamin B12 ointment in a petroleum-based formula, this cream is formulated with a moisturising base that helps maintain hydration and support the skin’s natural barrier. A healthy skin barrier plays an important role in protecting compromised skin from external irritants. Some users may notice mild skin flaking as very dry skin loosens over time, which can occur as the skin becomes better moisturised and fresh, repaired skin is revealed underneath.
As with all new products, we recommend patch testing before first use. Vitamin B12 contains the mineral Cobalt. Individuals with a known Cobalt allergy may also be sensitive to Vitamin B12, so patch testing is particularly important.
For best results:
- Gently apply the cream directly to problem patches. It’s designed to treat these areas specifically.
- Follow up with your favourite moisturiser to keep the skin hydrated and to enhance the benefits of the treatment.

5% w /w Coconut Oil 2% w/w Nigella Sativa (Black Cumin) Seed Oil Malva Sylvestris (Mallow) extract 0.45% w /w equivalent to 4.5% dry herb 0.07% w/w Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)
Excipient Ingredients: Purified Water, Emulsifying Wax, Almond Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil Fixed, Squalane, Aloe Vera Leaf Inner Juice Powder, D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Piroctone Olamine, Allantoin, p-Anisic Acid, Bisabolol, Humulus Lupulus Flower Extract, Citric Acid (for pH Balance), Potassium Hydroxide.
