Secure your place at our event, Navigating the Menopause Naturally, with a £10 deposit. Attendees of the event will be refunded in full within 24 hours of the event. Alternatively, the credit can be used towards any products you may choose to purchase in store.

If you wish to reserve more than one place, please select the appropriate number of deposits (e.g. for two places, select two deposits totalling £20). Due to the demand and limited spaces, we ask that you limit your order to two deposits per person. Please select ‘Collect in store’ to avoid shipping costs being added.

Please note that this deposit is to secure a place so unfortunately, we cannot refund you if you do not attend the event.

About the event 

What?  A talk on nutrition during menopause and beyond. Plus drinks, nibbles and a goodie bag to take away!

Who?  The talk will be hosted by us, and given by Phil Beard, Technical Nutrition Educator at Viridian Nutrition.

Where?  The good health boutique, 73 Carolgate, Retford, DN22 6EB.

When?  6.30pm on Thursday, 20th October 2022. The talk will last approximately 45 minutes, plus time for any questions you might have.
