How to use
Make sure your skin is free of other oils and lotions. Spray or rub magnesium oil on clean skin. Wait at least 30 minutes before showering it off.
Try it first on a small skin surface area with 1 or 2 pumps for any skin test any irritation. If it occurs wash it off with warm soapy water.
