A synergistic combination of three nutrients for women specifically formulated for hormonal balance.

Involved in over 300 processes in the human body, magnesium is often named the ‘spark of life’ due to its importance in the body. In this formula it has been paired with vitamin B6 – a water-soluble vitamin which helps to regulate hormonal balance – and saffron (Crocus sativus) extract which helps to maintain good comfort before and during the menstrual cycle.
