Viridian Organic Flaxseed oil (linseed oil) is certified organic by the Soil Association and uses first coldpressed seed only. Naturally high in omega 3, this is an easy, convenient and vegan-friendly way to obtain essential omega oils as part of your daily supplement routine.
Flax seed is renowned for being the most concentrated plant source of the unsaturated fatty acids alpha linolenic acid (omega 3), linoleic acid (omega 6), and oleic acid (omega 9). Alpha linolenic acid is particularly important as it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
This highly nutritious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drizzled onto vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc… or just taken from the spoon.
