Viridian Organic Hemp Seed oil is certified organic by the Soil Association and uses oil taken from the first cold-pressed seed only. Hemp seed oil is notable for containing a good balance of omega 3, omega 6, omega 9, and GLA. It is this optimum ratio of essential fatty acids that is thought to be beneficial for the cardiovascular system and help control cholesterol levels as well as supporting the immune system and the body’s anti-inflammatory response.
This highly nutritious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drizzled onto vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc… or just taken from the spoon.

How to use
As a food supplement take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
