Rainbow Trout Omega oil softgels contain a full spectrum omega oil sourced from Scandinavian freshwater fish. Inside each softgel is a premium fish oil that sets the benchmark for environmental sustainability, nutritional quality, as well as freshness and purity. Our Rainbow Trout Oil is sourced from Danish fresh-water rainbow trout from pristine in-land river environments so is fully traceable, places no pressure on global fish stocks and is 100% sustainable. It is also the UK’s first certified organic fish oil.
There is zero impact on the surrounding ecosystem, and the carbon footprint remains low because fish are caught and processed at the source. No chemical or high heat processing is used and the finished oil is bottled within hours at the source. The result is pure virgin fish oil with no oxidation and excellent stability because we preserve its natural fatty acid structure.
Essential fatty acids need to be obtained from food as they are not naturally produced by the human body. EPA and DHA are essential omega 3 fatty acids which are commonly found in fish oils. DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function.
