How to use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. If you need greater support, such as after a course of antibiotics, you can increase the dose to 2 capsules twice a day.
It is best taken with food, but avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Regenesis can be combined with other Living Nutrition products.
Regenesis has a very strong flavour and we recommend not opening the capsules to sprinkle over food.
