Spiced Tahini & Banana Smoothie

You might think tahini in a smoothie is just plain wrong, but we love it – the flavour is subtle and it adds a delicious creaminess to any smoothie.  We’ve also added cinnamon, cardamom and turmeric to this one for a spicy, warming hit of yumminess. 

Serves 1

  • 200 almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 1 medjool date

Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy!
