Turmeric Lassi

An anti-inflammatory, gut-loving turmeric lassi, with warming spices of turmeric and ginger. Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack.

Turmeric lassi

Serves 1

  • 1 cup plant yogurt or kefir
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder or 1/2 tsp Viridian’s Curcumin Latte

Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
